S.d.t. [probably Prague], 1647. In 4th. Woodcut drop caps, browning, coeval rigid parchment binding, smooth spine with manuscript author and title and paper insert, blue cuts, incomplete spine. Stamp of possession on the title page. Together in the lot: "The passage of D. Maria of Austria Queen of Hungary for the Ecclesiastical State in the year 1631" by Celio Talucci.

Interesting work on the Thirty Years War. & Nbsp; After Frederick V of the Palatinate was elected king of Bohemia, Camerarius followed him to & nbsp; Prague & nbsp; and in & nbsp; 1620 & nbsp; also became vice-chancellor for the province of & nbsp; Silesia . After Frederick's fall in November 1620, Camerarius followed him back into exile in the & nbsp; Netherlands & nbsp; where yes dedicated to writing works and & nbsp; pamphlets & nbsp; to try to defend the cause of the Palatinate in the aforementioned war. & nbsp;
