Paris, David, 1787-1796. In 4th. 5 vols. Engraved title pages, with 138 plates of engravings, plate VII of volume II and XVI of volume III are missing, 14 plates of medals are missing in volume IV, volume I some partially detached files and a small water mill internal margin of several papers of volume I, rare blooms, various papers with light burnishing, coeval binding in marbled calfskin, plates framed by a double thread frame embossed in gold, title and phytomorphic friezes imprinted in gold on the back, guard cards in marbled paper, to volume I back partially missing, patchy hinges, slight peeling.
