Frontespizio in rosso e nero, marca in calce, vignette e capilettera abitati nel testo, impresso in rosso e nero, notazioni musicali, bruniture, piccoli strappi al margine esterno di diverse carte, mancante di due carte. Legatura del sec,.XVII in piena pergamena, all'interno del contropiatto foglio di messale più antico, sciupata.
