Cartella editoriale contenente la tavola con la litografia di Fazzini e la riproduzione dello scritto di Ungaretti, entrambi firmati a matita dagli autori, al piatto anteriore illustrazioni di Tamburi ed a quello inferiore un ritratto di Ungaretti di Maccari, brossura ingiallita e strappo al dorso.
Edizione rara in tiratura limitata ad 80 esemplari numerati, il nostro è il n. 72, su carta Masco satinata. Esemplare appartenuto a Giuseppe Ungaretti.
