Manoscritto su carta, numerazione coeva in alto a destra, 2 cc. preliminari non numerate, cc. 1-191, c. 192 non numerata, carte effettive 193-196 numerate rispettivamente 185-186, bianche le cc. 191r-192v, 194v-196v, carattere corsivo, circa 31 righe, in barbe, mezza pergamena coeva, tassello cartaceo di biblioteca al piede del dorso.
