Testo in gotica su due colonne, spazi per capilettera con letterine guida, qualche sottolineatura e breve nota di mano antica rifilata, mancano a1, chi8 e D8 bianche, carta a2 staccata e con firma di appartenenza quasi illeggibile, fori di tarlo al margine bianco dei fascicoli a, c-d, t, x-D, rifilato al margine superiore, a volte con perdita di piccola porzione di titoli correnti, qualche macchia, legatura moderna in mezza pergamena staccata.
