The barrel's serial number matching the frame, wedge with three matching numbers. Five-shot cylinder depicting a fighting on horseback between Rangers and natives, featuring a central cartouche marked "COLTSS / PATENT" and matching serial number. Round cylinder stops. Frame with "COLTS PATENT" mark on left side, serial no. "33xx". Working mechanism. Brass handle bands numbered en suite. Squared trigger guard. Walnut handle.
