7-1/2", round, 44 cal. barrel (heavy pitting inside), with traces of "...RICA-" mark on the back (the rest no longer legible). Rebated and fluted cylinder, with traces of patent mark. Working mechanism. Frame with four screws and cut-outs in the recoil shield for mounting of a removable butt (missing), serial number "38xx", remains of the same serial number at the base of the barrel. Brass trigger guard with matching and clearly visible serial number. Iron back band with remains of matching serial number and a slot for the removable butt at the base of the grip. Iron surfaces with signs of use, time and various pitting.
