Large, single-and-false-edged, curved blade with wide fuller, engraved with a burin, with the inscription Per S. A. R. il Duca di Calabria Francesco Borbone" on one side and "Viva Ferdinando II Re del Regno delle due Sicilie" on the other side, the inscriptions framed by garlands, trophies and with royal coat of arms. One-quillon iron hilt with langets, long cap and striped horn grip with iron wire binding. Iron scabbard with two lugs.
