A beautiful, round, silver plate with a raised centre decorated with fasces among embossed laurel fronds. On the mirror, the dedication "A COSTANZO CIANO DELLE FORTUNE ITALICHE SUL MARE ARTEFICE INSEGNE CONSACRANDO NELLA DISCIPLINA SEGNATA LA FEDE ANTICA - LA FEDERAZIONE FASCISTA DEGLI ARMATORI DELL'ADRIATICO ORIENTALE - D.D.D. TRISTE XIV AGOSTO MCMXXVI". At the cardinal points of the central frieze, four shields enameled in polychrome, next to the right one there are two dolphins divided by a trident (the left part is missing). The border is decorated with eighteen medallions, each with an enameled pennant in polychrome, all different and with the inscription of the naval society. At the bottom laurel wreath featuring an arm clutching oak leaves with Gabriele D'Annunzio's famous motto "MEMENTO AUDERE SEMPER", below "BUCCARI 10 II 1918", the wreath between two dolphins with trident. On the reverse, the manufacturer's name "L. JANESICH", mark and "800".
