length 147 cm.
Long, smoothbore, 14 mm cal. barrel, round at the first part, with straight sides, decorated with a bronze mask and brass-inlaid engraved floral motifs, octagonal at the center with engraved floral motifs and engraved silver broad sight, then round after carvings and engravings, with rib up to the nozzle, silver foresight on a floral background; engraved tang; beautiful snaphaunce flintlock majestically carved with grotesque figures, mythological figures, medallions and floral motifs in high and low relief. Sliding pan cover. Inside signed "Negroli Brento fecit" and date "1736". Full stock in beautiful briarwood (some restorations, some probably from the period of use) finely carved with a monster on the butt "biting" the grip and floral decorations to the middle of the barrel and at the nozzle. Iron mounts richly carved, engraved and pierced in the best manner of the famous family depicting busts, figure with rifle, grotesque figures, snakes and floral motifs. Under the butt, a bust above the date "1736", on the butt plate monogram in italics "SFL". Horn-tipped wooden ramrod and iron cartridge extractors.
