Spearhead with solid, lozenge-section cusp, provided with tang featuring flat sides. Convex-edged axe with several cusped humps on the back, the rear fluke recessed downwards, also with small cusped humps. Three groups of triple fullers on the collar of the axe. The whole surface with remains of gilding and remains of engravings. With the emblem of the city of Bologna, still visible, on one side and a different emblem, not easily recognizable, on the other side. With remains of engravings and remains of gilding on the sides of the rear fluke and on the tang of the blade. A well-marked crown-shaped mark on the rear fluke. Long straps with remains of gilding. Cylindrical wooden shaft (of much later production). Decorated with two fabric tassels.
