Round, wooden body, flat at the base and convex at the top. Richly decorated with bone and brass inlays depicting floral and geometrical motifs on the surface, more elaborated on the front. On the front, in the centre, is a compass fitted with a lid and provided with a two-sided painted bone dial. The flask border is covered with brass bands finely engraved with floral motifs. Cow-horn fuse with spring closure. Two suspension rings. Very rare.
