Octagonal, rifled, 14 mm cal. barrel, (bore with slight pitting, visible rifling), the base with remains of a mark and numbers, foldaway rear sight, clutch for the bayonet, foresight, with round nozzle. Smooth tang with screw marked "8 3". Backward spring lock with flat lock plate marked "R.A FABB.CA SOCIALE / BRESCIA". Wooden stock (restoration to the side of the butt and a crack near the lock) with iron mounts and ramrod.
