Fine, straight, single-and short false-edged blade, the first part finely engraved with trophies and floral motifs, the rear part partly engraved, tang. Gilt brass hilt, the shell-guard with specular monogram 'C' under crown, quillon and loop-guard decorated with knurling and fleur-de-lis, respectively at the edge and at the centre. Spherical pommel, the surface with crown in bas-relief, the top with flattened button. Mother-of-pearl grips (small missing part). Complete with leather-covered, wooden scabbard and brass-decorated mounts with remains of gilding, button with fleur-de-lis.
