length 88,5 cm.
Fine shinogi-zukuri blade, Iori-mune. Nagasa: 62.2 cm. Visible hamon and hada. Nakago-jiri: Iriyamagata. Mei: Tanba no Kami Yoshimichi (nidai). Mekugi-ana. Shinto era, about 1650. Habaki consisting of two gilded metal elements. In koshirae with Tsuba from Mokko-Gata Edo period with fretwork depicting mountains and clouds as well as copper and gold inlaid elements in relief. Fuchi and Kashira with masks in relief. Menuki with quivers, arrows and parts of armour in relief and with gilding. Tsuka perhaps of later period with ray skin covering and brown cloth tsuka-ito. Later or restored Saya worked in brown lacquer.
