polycarbonate chair and semi-gloss black painted wooden legs, hand-made.
Edra Production

Plays of light and transparency for this chair whose seat and backrest are formed by a single precious embroidery of extruded polycarbonate, made by hand. It rests on four wooden legs painted in semi-gloss black. Each chair in the Jacopo Foggini collection is a sculpture different from the others. Height of the backrest, width, shape, “dust and imperfections”, color and distribution of the material, modeled by hand, make each piece precious and unique. Each chair has its own character, elegant and individual.

Gina in sage green accompanied the Casa Italia athletes to Tokyo 2020, becoming part of the Olympic story, which is not just a sports competition, but a symbol of excellence and commitment. Values that Edra shares through its partnership with CONI.

The chairs designed by Jacopo Foggini, made of a single precious polycarbonate embroidery done by hand and in special colors inspired by nature, illuminated the tables of the restaurant of The Kihinkan – Takanawa Manor House, the home of the Azzurri in Japan, with their transparencies and plays of light and in harmony with the elegance and history of the house. The choice to donate Gina brings with it the memory of that experience, the bond with those who competed to overcome their limits, the beauty of the game and the gesture, Olympic and artistic.

Plays of light and transparency for this chair that has a seat and backrest formed by a single thread that forms a precious embroidery of polycarbonate, all done by hand. Each piece is unique and rests on four wooden legs painted in semi-gloss black, removable. Precious and elegant, it fits into contemporary and ancient environments with ease.
