Nice set of 10 letters addressed by Luigi Albertini, historic director of the Corriere della Sera, to Ettore Modigliani, director of Brera; various formats, dated between 21 August 1918 and 21 May 1937, various on Corriere letterhead.
Beautiful friendship between two illustrious Lombards, who open up to each other. In one Albertini writes bitterly: "when I spoke to you about my worries, I alluded to the fact that I had to finally decide whether to regain my freedom or reaffirm my chains. Which unfortunately I did. (...)". We are in February 1920.
