This plan, beautiful, rare and with an innovative elaboration, updates and surpasses the one printed by Cingolini in 1694. Tomasetti, in his work princeps, cites it as "the most exact that anyone had been able to make up to that time" and declares it to be "the most important of all the suburban chorography, because it is the most truthful in terms of history, land registry and rations".
