Specialist Notes

The collection was published and put up for sale, at the price of 48 francs, and reserved only for subscribers (as stated in the attached subscription form) of De Mercey's own work "La Toscane et le Midi de l'Italie. Notes de voyage, étude et récits" published in Paris, in 1858 by "Arthur Bertrand, Éditeur". Extremely rare to find the complete collection in its editorial guise.
