Title card printed in red and black and with woodcut architectural frame, Gothic font, decorated drop caps, in the margins handwritten annotations in an ancient hand, the final files q-r8 and s6 are missing, water stains and some light browning, original binding with reuse of parchment sheet, defects and omissions. Ownership signatures on title page.
