Large photo album in red leather with elegant gold impressions on the plates, triple frame of golden threads, double coat of arms of the city of Bari and Rome, celebrations of the Rome-Bari visit 29-31 December 1927, with dedication to Gr. Uff. Avv. Domenico Delli Santi Prefect of the Kingdom Secretary General of the Governorate - "for remembrance and with a deeply devoted soul", overall 16 photos mis. 228 x 170 mm. applied to cards, and a series of congratulatory telegrams kept at the end. & nbsp; & nbsp;

Specialist Notes

Domenico Delli Santi & nbsp; (Barletta, January 3, 1879 - Rome, November 2, 1951), administrative lawyer, was Commissioner delegated to the Presidency of the INU [National Institute of Urban Planning], indicated by the provisional Board of Directors, from 1944 to 1948 .
Deputy Prefect at the disposal of the Prefect of Turin for assignment at that Municipal Administration. Appointed 2nd class prefect on December 16, 1926, he was Royal Commissioner of the Municipality of Palermo from April to August 1925 and Inspector General in Alto Adige. And finally Secretary General of the Governorate of Rome (December 1926 - October 1928). large statuary photo of Mussolini, one of Delli Santi in full uniform, and to follow splendid images of the city of Bari, from the Government Palace where the meeting was held, to other squares, views of the Port, industrial structures, up to linger on the unmissable refreshments with illustrious guests.
