Venice, Girolamo Porro, 1589. In 4th. Chalcographic title page, with 34 vignettes in the text engraved in copper, 4 of which full page, text in Italian and Latin framed by a typographic frame, traces of humidity, some small stains, first card and E1 slightly loose, the last two blank cards missing , rare small marginal tears without loss, ownership note canceled on the second card, tear with loss at the outer corner of D4, contemporary rigid parchment binding, title embossed in gold within a gusset on the spine, slight defects.
