With the portrait of the author engraved in copper and 5 cards of folded plates (of 8), light browning, blooms, restoration at the outer white margin of G9, 11-12, H9, M5, small gap affecting the text at G12, coeval parchment binding with handwritten title on the spine, slight defects. § Together in the lot Pietro Gerardo . Life of Ezzellino third as a Roman, from origin to end of his family; under whose tyranny more than twelve thousand Padouan deaths lacked uiolent death [...] , Venice, Francesco Lorenzini da Turino, 1560. Typographic mark on the title page, woodcut initials, small halo on the title page, light flowering, slight browning , contemporary parchment binding with handwritten title on the spine, some halo.
