Testo in carattere romano su una colonna, spazi per capilettera, rinforzi al margine interno delle prime due carte e delle ultime, delicato restauro al centro delle prima carta con perdita di tre lettere, diffuse, marginali glosse di commento di mano coeva, al verso dell’ultima carta bianca che precede la Tabula il disegno a penna di un giglio fiorentino e alcune frasi di mano cinquecentesca, legatura in pergamena floscia posteriore.
