Venezia, Giovanni Tacuino da Tridino, 1539. In 2°. Testo su due colonne, frontespizio in rosso e nero con cornice xilografica, piccoli fori di tarlo al margine bianco delle prime due carte, dei fascicoli D-T, e più numerosi su D-F, alcune carte brunite, legatura del secolo XVII in pergamena rigida, dorso a 4 nervi con autore manoscritto, firma cassata al frontespizio.
