Venezia, Teodoro Ragazzoni, 1490. In 2°. 147 carte (di 148). Iniziali di diverse misure dipinte in rosso e blu, carta del "prooemium" con grande iniziale "M" in oro e con figura di monaco, con cornice di motivi floreali, in basso al centro in tondo la figura di un angelo, il tutto dipinto in verde, rosa, viola e blu, alcune carte con rinforzo, ai margini, macchie di umidità e di inchiostro,mancante la prima carta bianca, legatura del sec. XX in mezza pergamena.
