Of mokko-gata iron, niku-bori, iore-taka-zogan, uchi-gaeshi-mimi, the surface lightly worked in tsuchimei. Decorated with a running hare amid autumn herbs and, at the top, the moon half-covered by clouds, on the ura side a small stream with leaves. It is the typical autumn landscape that inspired Tsuchija Yasuchika. The Aizu school originated in Iwashiro, one of the provinces of northern Japan, thanks to a series of artists who moved there. The styles are varied and it is therefore difficult to distinguish them. Late Edo period.
