Thesecond part of this story, published in the volume Io Valentina, contains anoverview of all the stories made between 1973 and 1985 and ends with Valentinasaying: "Twenty years of stories, will I be able to invent somethingelse?". In this page, Valentina thinks about Valentina's history in thesubway and the many encounters with other comic book heroes. The opportunityoffered by this memory allows her to imagine new possible encounters with thecharacters of authors who came to the fore between the seventies and eighties:Zanardi by Andrea Pazienza, Rank Xerox by Tanino Liberatore and Ada di Altan.Its conclusion reflects the author's thought "maybe I would have hadproblems" because, while appreciating the "new generation" verymuch, with respect to their contents and their language, Crepax inevitably feltfrom another generation and therefore a little 'a stranger. This, however, doesnot prevent him from faithfully reproducing the style by paying homage to theseyoung authors in the best possible way.
