Ispirato da una fotografia di ibiscus scattata da Patricia Caulfield nel giugno 1964 in Modern Photography, il tema dei Flowers è stato utilizzato da Andy Warhol per la nota serie di serigrafie eseguite in 250 esemplari nel 1970 e conosciute come Factory Editions.
Nella descrizione di Flowers sul catalogo ragionato Andy Warhol Prints si menziona anche questa seconda serie sempre del 1970 nota invece come la Sunday B Morning Edition:
"Esistono stampe non autorizzate di cm 91,4 x 91,4 che furono pubblicate nel 1970 negli stessi colori della cartella del 1967, in un'edizione di 250 ess. con il numero dell'esemplare stampato al verso in nero con le parole: published by Sunday B Morning e Fill in your own signature."
Il presente foglio fa parte di questa seconda edizione.
