Original comic art created by Battaglia for the page 23 of "The Black Arrow", comic adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic published for the first time in 1963 and subsequently in the volume I Crociati by Il Gatto e la Volpe editions in 1982. An intense and technically sublime work that marks the Battaglia's first artistic period, already projected towards that maturity that will place him among the greatest masters of world comics. Colored in tempera on the back.
