Original comic art made by Rubino for an episode of his Lio Balilla, published on the first page of the newspaper Il Balilla n. 10 year V in 1927. After nineteen years at the CdP, a real point of reference in the editorial staff of the newspaper, Rubino decided to leave the Milanese masthead to join the regime newspaper Il Balilla, pushed by a «absolute need to carry out my activity in a less apolitical field and in a more lively and combative way»; Rubino will work at Balilla for only three years, from ´27 to ´29, which makes the tables from this period extremely rare to find. Pin holes in the corners. Signed.
