Rara scultura eseguita in vetro a mezza filigrana, lattimo e cristallo con basamento circolare, coda e cresta ondulata eseguiti in vetro lattimo bianco. In base alla tecnica utilizzata ed alla testa rivolta in modo diverso, come da descrizione eseguita da Anna Venini Diaz de Santillana su catalogo ragionato Venini 1921-1986, la gallinella potrebbe essere lo stesso modello esposta alla V Triennale di Milano del 1933 variandone il colore da nero a bianco.
