Grand collar with gold and enameled pendant, consisting of a chain composed of 46 elements with crossed and red-enameled circles alternating with bunches of finely engraved arrows, at the centre a pendant depicting a Francoist eagle holding in its talons a bundle of red arrows held by the yoke with motto "Caesaris Caesari Dei Deo". Weight: 110 gr. The Grand Collar of the Imperial Order of the Yoke and Arrows was awarded only to 15 people, among them A. Hitler, Heinrich Himmler, Hermann Göring and Victor Emmanuel III of Savoy, all between 1937 and 1940; after the war few other people including: the Sultan Muhammad V of Morocco, the last one to Adolfo Suárez in 1975, the year the Order ended with Francos's death. It is possible that the collar presented here is the one given to Hermann Göring, this information was given to the owner when he bought it together with the next lot.
