Long, straight, double-edged, damask blade, slightly enlarged and ribbed in the middle at the tip, decorated with grooves converging in the centre, held at the base by two engraved and moulded iron plates. The hilt with two side bands joint by the grip consisting of two small crossbars provided with a large central knot. The typical large protection valve also made of iron, counter-curved and ending with an animal's head, reinforced by serrated frames. Leather-covered wooden scabbard, of more recent production.
