Slightly curved, single-and-false-edged blade, with double groove near the weak, the back strongly reinforced and carved with waves, engraved and gilded at the first part of the blade with the Savoy coat of arms between fine floral decorations on a gilded background. At the forte the inscriptions "I. E. BLECKMANN" marked in gold on one side and "SOLINGEN" on the other. Typical iron hilt, with cross-shaped quillon with long, faceted cap. Anatomical wooden grip. Complete with iron scabbard with two suspension rings. Iron parts in patina. It needs cleaning.
