dating: 1848 provenance: Papal States, Unusual, round barrel, worked with iron and bronze: the breech, the central part, the trunnions and the nozzle made of bronze, the rest, even the trunnions and probably the whole bore, made of iron. With the dedication 'A PIO IX Cesare Pocaterra di Ferrara 1848' at the center, the base with manufacturer's marking 'Torquato Tasso di Ferrara fece'. 68 mm cal nozzle. length 150 cm.
