dating: 19th Century provenance: Turkey, A pair of leather saddlebags covered on the front side with blue velvet with beautiful gilded-threads decorations in relief, the upper part with a lid concealing a place for four cartridges. Silver-foil chape embossed and engraved with floral motifs with a half-moon pendant. Other pendants in gilded threads. Spurs made of marked silver engraved with geometric motifs, with long pointed base and tear tape decorated with half-moon and star, leather straps covered with velvet and in gilded threads. Same pendants as the saddlebags. Leather sabretache covered with blue velvet and decorated en suite, inside various sections for documents with coverings decorated in the same manner. Complete with fabric clutch with remains of decorations. Sabretache with the same pendants. The whole group in good condition apart from small missing parts and defects. Fine patina. Very rare. dimensions various cm.
